1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Bulls Change or initiating a transaction through our exchange interface, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use together with our Privacy Policy and Anti-Financial Crime Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

2. What the Service Is

Bulls Change is a non-custodial, fully automated cryptocurrency swap service. It facilitates direct wallet-to-wallet asset conversions across 60+ supported coins — including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Monero (XMR), XRP, USDT across seven networks, Solana (SOL), BNB, Cardano (ADA), Dogecoin (DOGE), Litecoin (LTC), Toncoin (TON), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), DASH, Zcash (ZEC), PEPE, TRON (TRX), Sui (SUI), USDC, DAI, Arbitrum, Polygon and more — without user accounts, identity collection or manual verification holds. We operate as a technological routing intermediary, not as a bank, wallet provider or financial institution.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Bulls Change. By using the exchange widget, you confirm this age requirement. Because we do not apply geographic IP blocks, it is your sole responsibility to verify that using a no-registration cryptocurrency exchange is permitted under the laws and regulations of your specific jurisdiction before proceeding.

4. No Financial Advice

Nothing on Bulls Change constitutes financial, legal or tax advice of any kind. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. Asset prices can move significantly within the timeframe of a single transaction. You bear full responsibility for your financial decisions, including any exposure to market fluctuations, network slippage and blockchain-level failures beyond our control.

5. User Responsibilities

• Accurate destination address: Blockchain transactions are irreversible. If you enter an incorrect receiving address, your funds are permanently lost. We have no technical ability to reverse a confirmed blockchain transaction under any circumstances.
• Legitimate source of funds: You warrant that the assets you are exchanging are legally obtained and are not proceeds of any criminal activity whatsoever.
• Tax compliance obligations: Swapping crypto without KYC does not exempt you from reporting requirements or capital gains taxes in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for meeting all tax compliance obligations.
• Transaction limits: You must send amounts within the minimum ($100 USD equivalent) and maximum ($282,100 USD equivalent) limits displayed at order creation.
• Correct network selection: Ensure you send the correct asset on the correct blockchain network. Sending an asset on the wrong network layer requires manual intervention and recovery cannot be guaranteed.

6. Blockchain Finality

Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it is irreversibly final. Bulls Change accepts no liability for funds lost due to user-entered address errors, sending assets on the wrong network layer or sending the wrong asset to a deposit address. Technical support for failed swaps is provided on a best-effort basis with no guarantee of recovery for user-initiated errors.

7. Rates, Fees and the 30-Minute Rate Lock

The exchange rate displayed at order creation represents the live market rate at that exact moment. It is locked for 30 minutes to protect you from short-term volatility while your transaction confirms on-chain. If your deposit confirms within this window, you receive the locked rate. If the deposit confirms after the window expires, the swap executes at the market rate current at confirmation time. Minor differences in net received amount may occur due to outgoing blockchain network fees. Our service margin is embedded transparently in the displayed exchange rate.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Bulls Change for any of the following purposes:

• Laundering assets connected to criminal enterprises, fraud, theft or illegal activity of any kind.
• Financing terrorism, political violence or any sanctioned group or individual.
• Deliberately circumventing international economic sanctions.
• Processing ransomware proceeds, theft proceeds or funds derived from fraud.
• Attacking the platform through DDoS, malicious bots, unauthorized API scraping or any other means intended to degrade service performance or access systems without authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bulls Change and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the service. This includes losses from blockchain network failures, user address errors, market rate changes, platform downtime or external API failures. Our maximum aggregate liability for any verified claim is limited to the routing fees collected from your transactions in the 30 days preceding the dispute.

10. Service Availability

We aim to maintain 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate the swap engine at any time for security reasons, maintenance requirements or extreme market conditions that make automated routing unsafe.

11. Intellectual Property

The code, design, branding and content of Bulls Change are the exclusive property of the platform operators. You may not clone, scrape or redistribute any part of our interface, routing methodology or content without explicit written authorization from us.

12. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated at any time. Changes take effect upon publication to this page. Continued use of the exchange after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with an update, you must stop using the service.
