Our risk controls run before an order is accepted, not after your funds are inside the system. Once an order is confirmed, it completes automatically to your wallet without interruption and without any document request.

If your deposited amount falls below the minimum threshold shown on your order page, the engine will not trigger the swap automatically. Contact support@bulls-change.com immediately with your Order ID and transaction hash. Always check the minimum amount displayed on the order page before sending to avoid this situation.

Only the data mechanically required to route your swap: a one-time deposit address, your destination wallet address, the asset pair, the amount and an order timestamp. This data lives in a temporary PHP session. Once your browser session ends, the link between this data and your device is permanently severed. We maintain no persistent user database and no transaction history linked to any individual.

Bitcoin is a fully transparent blockchain — every transaction is permanently visible and traceable on-chain. Monero works the opposite way: Ring Confidential Transactions, stealth addresses and Ring Signatures make all transaction details cryptographically private by default. No. We do not provide wallets, do not maintain user balances and do not hold private keys on behalf of users. Your crypto is held at a one-time deposit address only for the brief period required to confirm the transaction on-chain, then sent directly to your destination wallet. There is no intermediate account balance and no custodial exposure at any point in the process.

Swapping crypto without KYC on Bulls Change provides robust protection against corporate data harvesting, surveillance and unnecessary identity exposure. It does not provide immunity from applicable law. Users remain fully responsible for their own legal compliance in their jurisdiction, including tax reporting obligations. First, use a block explorer to confirm your transaction is fully confirmed — not just broadcast to the network. Verify you sent to the correct deposit address for your specific order page. If your transaction is confirmed and more than 30 minutes have passed, email support@bulls-change.com with your Order ID (ORD-XXXXXXXX format) and your transaction hash. Our team resolves stuck orders quickly.

Sending an asset that differs from your order is an error the automated engine cannot process on its own. Contact support immediately at support@bulls-change.com with your Order ID, the transaction hash and a full description of what was sent. We attempt recovery on a best-effort basis — the sooner you report the error, the better the outcome.

Once your deposit has been sent to the deposit address and confirmed on-chain, the swap engine begins executing automatically. Blockchain transactions are irreversible by design. If you provided a refund address when creating the order and the swap cannot be completed for technical reasons, funds are returned to that address.
